Kuala Terengganu, 26 February 2023 – As we enter the glorious year of 2023, TI Properties welcoming a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Awasi bin Mohamad. His experiences over 30 years is most needed in enhancing the growth of TI Properties. His expertise in properties management through various well known companies was highly suited to helm this company.
Mr. Awasi is very eager and confident in carrying the great momentum of TI Properties with a high pace working culture. He put a sight on the importance of setting up a vivid and up to date vision as the main goals. He is ready to bring up TI Properties in acting as the main initiator in asset & facility management for the state and agencies in Terengganu. In a way to achieve the goals, Mr. Awasi is looking for the internal restructuring while focusing on gaining for sustainable income.
